Exchange Policy

Upon request, and at our judgment, we can exchange your purchasing items for identical items of equivalent value.

We reserve the right to examine the item to see if it has been worn / used. If we determine an item to have been worn/used, we may respectfully deny the exchange or in other credit forms.
The shipping cost is charged to the consumer.
We regret to inform you that there will strictly be no refunds for any order placed online.

We want you to love what you have selected. But if something isn't right, let us know. We will be glad to exchange the purchasing items in its original condition / within 14 days of the delivery date. Please return footwear in the original shoe box and return all other items with the original tags, tickets and documents attached.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR ITEMS UNTIL A CONFIRMATION EMAIL (INFORMING YOU ON THE STOCKS AVAILABILITY) HAS BEEN ISSUED TO YOU. If there is no stock available anymore, you can choose other items to be exchanged with a same or close price.

For exchanges, any applying shipping charges and prevailing taxes are borne by the buying/receiving party.

There will be no refund / credit terms or reimbursement should the value of the exchanged item be lower than the original purchased item. However, the buying /or receiving party is liable to pay for the price difference should the value of the exchanged item be higher than the original purchased item. Exchange of items should be based on current selling price unless otherwise stated.

Points to note before you shipped your exchange:

- Please make sure that you have to pay the shipment cost in any courier agent that you want to use.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to Edward Forrer retailing / distributing outlets.
